CW-800RS CK Side Seal Bag Making Machine

The side sealing bag making machine is characterized by full automation and heavy duty. As an economical plastic bag making device, it integrates bag sealing function. The product is normally used to manufacture side sealing PE bags with two specially punched holes for hanging use. Meanwhile, the dotted line knife is adopted for separating the bags. The bag making speed is 80 pieces per minute.

The side sealing bag making machine can be assembled with the handle punching device to make hand bags, as well as the ultrasonic device and double-sided adhesive tape unit for OPP bags. By changing the sealing knife, it is applicable to double line sealing bag, bottom sealing bags, etc. The product has been exported to America, Europe, Australia, etc.

The side sealing bag making machine comes with the specially designed round bottom sealing equipment, continuous top folding sealing equipment, automatic bag stacking, conveying and collecting device, coupled with OPP header card bag making device. Furthermore, to satisfy different application requirements, this food bag maker can be optionally added with bottom seal and double seal knives, perforation line making knife as well as double-faced adhesive unit.
