CP-600RDL, PC-800RDL Side Sealing Plastic Bag Making Machine

The side sealing plastic bag making machine is computer controlled and is especially suitable for manufacture of PE and OPP side sealing bags. It can be optionally equipped with the punching equipment to serve as plastic handle bag making equipment. This product is available in various models in accordance with different lengthes of the bags. Normally, it works together with CWFD model folding and rewinding equipment, as well as ultrasonic and adhesive tape device for production of OPP header card bag which can be used to pack socks, pens, combs, etc.

Features
1. The materials are fed via the stepper motor, with the servo motor as an option.
2. The total control panel has a human-machine interface with the Taiwan touch screen used for real-time display.
3. The device driver of the PE and OPP bag maker is regulated by the single chip microcomputer.
4. Our side sealing plastic bag making machine also has the double digital display intelligent temperature controller and all heating operations adopt solid relay control.
5. The product adopts a 1.5kW inverter introduced from Japanese Yaskawa.
6. The film feeding is DC motor controlled.
7. The maximum single unwinding diameter is 500mm and the unwinding roller is the air shaft.
