High Speed Flexographic Printer

The high speed flexographic printer is the fruit of our more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing plastic printing machinery. It is designed to bring users more production benefits by supplying fast printing speed.

The heavy duty frame design of the product can make the noise and vibration at the minimal level during high speed operation. The stable tension control system and color registering accuracy are good indicators of printing effects and qualities. Different from common flexo printers, this flexographic printing machine possesses 6 servo motor drive systems, precise ceramic anilox roller and enclosed doctor blade, unique ink circulation system as well as a big colorful LCD touch screen. Its printing speed is up to 200m/min.

The high speed flexographic printer can be optionally provided with sleeve type inflatable plate cylinder, automatic material receiving device for winding and unwinding operations and ink viscosity controller. The printing plate is the soft photosensitive resin type. Its thickness is 3.09mm with the double-faced adhesive tape included. The product is provided complete with only one set of the printing roller whose size ranges from 7.5'' and 15''. Other rollers should be bought additionally. This flexographic printer can print 4, 6 and 8 colors for option. The printing width is between 25" and 57".
