High Speed Dry Film Laminator

The high speed dry film laminator is applicable to BOPP, PET, CPP, PCVD, aluminum laminated film, aluminum foil, as well as composite film and paper having the same properties. The operation speed is up to 130m/min.

The glue coating and lamination are carried out by the dual variable frequency motors characterized by synchronous drive plus fully automatic constant tension control system. Traditional drying tunnels are only 6m in length while the drying tunnel of this laminating machine is 7m, supplying the laminated film more drying time.

The dry type plastic film laminator comes with an independent three-section temperature control system coupled with a hot air conveying system. The oven cover can be pneumatically opened, supplying great convenience for film penetration on the top. The active guide rollers within the oven can run synchronously. The winding and unwinding operations make use of the automatic deviation rectification system featuring stable tension and neat winding. This plastic film laminating machine is generally used together with CWZD series laminated bag making equipment.
